Raw Irish Late Summer Honey 230g

Raw Irish Late Summer Blossom Honey which is produced by our Bees in Wicklow & Kildare during the late summer months August/September.

It consists of lots of mixed flavours as our bees gather nectar from Blackberries, Crab Apples, Elderflower.

As this is raw honey which has not been heated or processed, it will naturally start to crystallize/granulate. It can easily be restored, by placing the jar into warm water heating very gently until the honey becomes liquid again. Make sure not to overheat, so that all it's natural goodness and nutrients stay intact.
