Raw Irish Spring Honey 230g

Raw Irish Spring Blossom Honey, produced by our Bees in Wicklow & Kildare during the Spring months.

This honey has a delicious strong flavour and is made from the nectar of Whitethorn Blossoms, Horse Chestnut, Furze, Apple Blossom, Dandelions, Cherry Blossoms.

As this is raw honey which has not been heated or processed, it will naturally start to crystallize/granulate. It can easily be restored, by placing the jar into warm water heating very gently until the honey becomes liquid again. Make sure not to overheat, so that all it's natural goodness and nutrients stay intact.
